The staff members were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my Easter break a memorable one. the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a chef who was very friendly and attentive. the hotel is situated in a great location, with beautiful streets and a large park nearby for evening walks.
As a non-smoker, cigarette smoke from other guests in the hotel was a problem. Despite no smoking signs throughout the hotel, some guests still decided to light up in their rooms.

They go above and beyond to understand and accommodate non-Chinese speaking guests. the breakfast, prepared by a kind and friendly chef, is delicious and provides a great start to the day. the location is also ideal, with beautiful small streets and a vibrant park just a short walk from the hotel, perfect for evening walks and immersing in the local atmosphere.
It would be helpful if the hotel had an English menu card in the restaurant to ease communication for non-Chinese speaking guests.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to understand and assist us as non-Chinese speakers. The breakfast provided by the chef was delicious and served with great kindness. We also appreciated the convenient location, with beautiful small streets and a lively park just a short walk away. It was a safe neighborhood, allowing us to enjoy evening walks and experience the authentic vibes of this city.

Cigarette smoke from smoking guests affected my room. Some guests ignored the no smoking signs
